We offer a competitive salary of $220,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including guaranteed base pay, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and participation in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, primarily focusing on children and young adults. This will involve collaborating with our dedicated team to create memorable experiences for our patients, while promoting access to affordable dental services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • Degree in Dentistry (DDS/DMD): You must hold a degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.">
  • Current License to Practice Dentistry: You must be currently licensed to practice dentistry in states where you will be providing care or eligible for licensure.">
  • Nitrous Oxide Certification: If required, you must hold nitrous oxide certification (in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).">
  • CPR, DEA, and Other Certifications: You must hold current certifications in CPR, DEA, and other relevant areas.">
  • Compassion and Teamwork Skills: A strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.">
