About This Role

Crouse Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing emergency treatment services to patients, utilizing your expertise and experience to deliver high-quality care.

This role requires a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based practice and utilize critical thinking skills to solve clinical problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, diagnose, evaluate, and implement plans of care for patients.
  • Provide education to patients and families to promote health, wellness, and rehabilitation.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based practice.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment/plan of care during hospital stay.
