This is a PRN charge nurse position available for day or night shifts. As a charge nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of patients and ensuring that high-quality care is provided.
Responsibilities- Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
- Administer and record medications following physician orders and established center policy.
- Take and record resident vital signs and collect laboratory specimens as directed.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board.
- Embrace the standards, values, and beliefs of Ethica Health.
- Possess ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with patients, family members, department heads, and fellow associates.
