Compensation Details

We offer a salary range of $25.65-$28.56 per hour, with a shift premium of $1.25 per hour for this shift. The estimated annual salary is approximately $53,544-$59,304.

About the Role

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools within the work cell. This involves loading materials into machines and producing high-quality parts that conform to proper dimensions. The successful candidate will have experience with Mills and/or Lathe work, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Change settings or programs and tooling inserts to achieve proper dimensions
- Assist less experienced machinists with complex set-ups
- Operate one or more machine tools to produce high-quality parts
- Perform daily and weekly routine machine maintenance
- Move between machines in the cell as directed by the area manager

Requirements

- Experience as a CNC Machinist or a 2-year technical degree
- Blueprint reading skills
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Basic computer skills
- Intermediate inspection and measurement skills
- Basic machine setup and operation skills
