Xperience XRG is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant group that prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team.

Job Summary

The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dishroom areas. This includes setting up, operating, and cleaning all kitchen machinery and equipment, as well as sanitizing food service and preparation ware.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom area, including the ware-washing machine, dish racks, and storage areas.
  • Scrape and sanitize all food service and preparation ware before placing it in the ware-washing machine.
  • Rack and store all clean dishes, glasses, and utensils in a clean and organized manner.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of miscellaneous equipment, such as boxes and food and beverage products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dishroom areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
  • Proper lifting techniques.
  • Guest relations.
  • Sanitation and safety.
  • Full service kitchen operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff and clients.
Working Conditions

The Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, exposed to hot and cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors. The working conditions may vary depending on guest volume and the severity of which depends on guest volume.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk long periods of time.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Ability to repeat the same movements for long periods of time.
  • Ability to understand the speech of another person.
  • Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand.
  • Ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
