We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Optical Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently achieving sales and productivity goals through creating brand-enhancing customer experiences and demonstrating expert product knowledge.

• Consistently achieve sales goals through creating a brand-enhancing shopping experience for all customers by providing outstanding service.
• Utilize product knowledge and styling training to demonstrate expert styling behaviors and identify and meet customer needs across all of Quay's product categories.
• Conduct fitting, adjustment, optical measurements, and repair services on eyewear.
• Contribute to the store's overall visual presentation and merchandising.
• Maintain the entire store's cleanliness and organization.

• ABO-certification (and state optician licensure in states requiring a license); valid, unexpired certification must be provided as a condition of hire and continued employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty, fashion, or customer-centric environment.
• Optical dispensing experience and knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
