Job Summary and Qualifications

The Antepartum Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in need. This includes:

  • Performing patient assessments and developing individualized plans of care
  • Implementing and evaluating care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Registered Nurse, Certified in Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC-OB) certification (preferred)
