Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Brookline, Massachusetts.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patients' needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with emergency physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and a culture of excellence.
The Emergency Department at Mass General Brigham is a 21-bed unit, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compassion.
Requirements- BSN required.
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required.
- BLS required.
- Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS.
- PALS preferred.
