As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care and services to our residents, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
