As a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our patients' care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our unit's policies and procedures
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
