Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead System Architect to join our Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will design and implement AI/ML solutions to enhance money movement processing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI/ML architectures to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into architectural designs and AI algorithms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to AI/ML and engineering teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, architectural patterns, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to guide engineering teams during development and implementation stages.
- Contribute to key CMS technology initiatives and support AI best practices through code examples and sharable components, frameworks, and libraries.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
- Extensive experience in AI/ML, architecture, and software development.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI algorithms, and their application.
- Experience with commercial and open-source large language models (LLM), popular machine learning learning platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Spring AI, and similar AI/ML tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Additional Information
