- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in math and budget preparation.
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of OSHA standards, Equal Housing Opportunity requirements, and other environmental safety standards. Experience in maintenance and repairs for multi-family or commercial properties is preferred.
- Work Schedule: Ability to maintain a 24-hour on-call status, operate a two-axle motor vehicle, and lift up to 100 pounds.
