COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Salary: Starting at $64,874 annually, with potential for higher placement based on relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field that supports public and third-party reimbursement from an accredited institution is required.
  • State of Michigan licensure or certification at the master's level (LARA) is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of pertinent professional experience is essential. BCBA, LMSW, LPC, or LLP credentials are preferred.
  • Experience in developing behavior intervention plans is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the public behavioral health system is advantageous.
  • Personal experiences with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, co-occurring disorders, or substance use disorders are valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with individuals, families, and service providers to formulate supportive behavior intervention strategies.
  • Establish a monitoring framework for each behavior intervention plan.
  • Conduct ongoing training and data collection related to each behavior plan.
  • Provide reports to the Behavior Treatment Committee as necessary.
  • Perform functional assessments and family training within the individual's home environment.
  • Document services in accordance with established standards.
  • Engage in utilization management and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in supervision and team meetings.
  • Contribute to internal and external care coordination efforts, including interdisciplinary team discussions.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT PROFICIENCY:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
POSITION DETAILS:
  • One full-time position available (40 hours/week).
