In this position, you will be tasked with the creation and oversight of tailored behavior intervention strategies for designated individuals, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practice methodologies.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Salary: Starting at $64,874 annually, with potential for higher placement based on relevant experience.

- Master's degree in a relevant field that supports public and third-party reimbursement from an accredited institution is required.
- State of Michigan licensure or certification at the master's level (LARA) is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of pertinent professional experience is essential. BCBA, LMSW, LPC, or LLP credentials are preferred.
- Experience in developing behavior intervention plans is highly desirable.
- Experience within the public behavioral health system is advantageous.
- Personal experiences with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, co-occurring disorders, or substance use disorders are valued.
- Collaborate with individuals, families, and service providers to formulate supportive behavior intervention strategies.
- Establish a monitoring framework for each behavior intervention plan.
- Conduct ongoing training and data collection related to each behavior plan.
- Provide reports to the Behavior Treatment Committee as necessary.
- Perform functional assessments and family training within the individual's home environment.
- Document services in accordance with established standards.
- Engage in utilization management and quality improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in supervision and team meetings.
- Contribute to internal and external care coordination efforts, including interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- One full-time position available (40 hours/week).
