Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and upkeep of ArcGIS Server.
  • Publish, optimize, and manage services for ArcGIS Server.
  • Ensure the security of published services on ArcGIS Server.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to published services and ArcGIS Server.
  • Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and logs for ArcGIS Server.
  • Create and manage Enterprise Geodatabases, including schema updates and maintenance tasks.
  • Support the implementation of solutions for various GIS applications and client needs.
  • Offer recommendations for enhancements in GIS architecture.
  • Conduct GIS activities such as spatial feature creation, data management, data conversion, and spatial analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in GIS or a related discipline

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years in a GIS Administrator role or a similar capacity is preferred

Licensing:

  • GIS Professional (GISP) certification is preferred
