About the Job:
Health Advocates Network - Midwest is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Seattle, Washington. This travel job opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic healthcare organization and contribute to the well-being of patients in need.
Salary Information:
This position comes with a competitive pay rate, calculated at $143.67 per hour, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. With this tax-free stipend amount to be determined, you can expect a substantial compensation package.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in various healthcare settings. Your primary duties will include assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve respiratory function. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:
- Graduate-level education from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
- At least 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Proficiency in PICU or NICU settings, intensive care experience, and current licensure in applicable states (WA)
- American Heart Association BLS and PALS certifications for Healthcare Providers
- Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific needs of the healthcare facility
