We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Reno, Nevada. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Nevada.
- At least 1 year of experience in Telemetry nursing.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
