Staff - ICU - Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an ICU Assistant Manager at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:The ICU Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that the unit runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and oversee the care of patients in the ICU
- Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions
