Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and dust rooms and furniture throughout the clubhouse, golf shop, bag room, and fitness center, including restrooms and replenishing supplies.
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and sweep patio areas.
  • Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays throughout the clubhouse and transport them to the back dock.
  • Disinfect telephones, clean and polish brass, and clean office windows and glass on doors.
  • Report any damage, burned-out light bulbs, and plumbing problems to the maintenance department or supervisor.
  • During events, greet members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed before the end of the shift.
  • Wash and dry towels and massage linens, and restock clean towels in all locker rooms and restrooms.
  • Pick up dirty towels and bathrobes for washing.
  • Perform all work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Must possess an outgoing personality, honesty, and integrity.
  • Must be courteous and tactful at all times, treating others with kindness and respect.
  • Ability to appear for work on time, interact well with coworkers, and understand and follow posted rules and procedures.
  • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor and have a minimal understanding and usage of the English language.
  • Must be flexible with scheduled hours.

Working Conditions:

Occasionally exposed to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
