We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Gersh Autism. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skill development and behavioral support systems for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Support children in reaching their full potential across various settings: school, home, and community.
  • Participate in activities such as conducting circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child's developmental progress.
