Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Support children in reaching their full potential across various settings: school, home, and community.
- Participate in activities such as conducting circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child's developmental progress.
- We offer comprehensive training, including preparation for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- You will work alongside a dynamic and compassionate clinical team.
- Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism is not required, but a plus.
