Housekeeping Inspector

The Springhill Suites Hotel, managed by StepStone Hospitality Inc., is seeking a reliable individual for the position of Housekeeping Inspector. This role involves ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and clean guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house spaces according to established protocols.
• Report to the Housekeeping Office at the start of the shift, pick up keys, and return them at the end of the shift.
• Respond to guest calls and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain the lost and found catalog, shipping or mailing claimed items to guests as needed.
• Identify and report equipment in need of repair to the supervisor.
• Prioritize guest safety and well-being while maintaining a positive working relationship with colleagues and vendors.
Requirements:
• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and push/pull objects weighing at least 20 pounds.
• Strong communication skills via radio and phone as required.
