Job OpportunityWe are seeking highly skilled mental health professionals to provide comprehensive services to individuals across the lifespan. Our agency offers a supportive environment that promotes leadership and opportunities for growth.Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mental health disorders.

Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions virtually, in-person, or in the community.

Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to support clients' well-being.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment and progress.

Ensure compliance with Comar Regulations and ACHC standards regarding documentation.

Manage a caseload of 15 clients or more.

Work with treatment providers and placement agencies to support clients' needs.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of ethical standards in mental health practice.

Requirements

Hold a LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, LCADC, LGADC, or CAC-AD license.

Have previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field.

Familiarity with community mental health resources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Strong time management skills and a willingness to learn.

Ability to adapt to changes in policies and procedures.

Ability to work independently or in groups and navigate technology for virtual sessions.
