About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Service Technician to join our team at Thomas Pest Services. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers, ensuring their homes and businesses are pest-free and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems and develop effective treatment plans
  • Use industry-leading technology and equipment to deliver high-quality pest control services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest pest management techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pest management experience a plus
  • Ability to pass an OSHA-required respirator fit test and have a driving record that meets insurance company requirements
  • Available to work full-time with the potential for overtime during May-September

Physical Requirements:

While performing job responsibilities, technicians frequently lift, walk, and crawl. Individuals should be able to reach with hands and arms, climb on ladders, kneel, and crawl. Applicants must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and be comfortable getting on roofs as required. Technicians should anticipate working in various climates. We provide proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough training to ensure a safe working environment.
