Key Responsibilities- Perform basic nursing care to patients, following established standards and procedures.
- Collect patient data, including vital signs, and report this information accordingly.
- Prepare and administer injections, perform routine tests, and treat wounds.
- Prepare patient records and files using established medical record forms and documentation practices.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatment progress.
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care based on practice guidelines and standards of care.
