About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Housing Specialist II to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a Housing Specialist II, you will play a critical role in coordinating applicant referrals from internal and external partners, screening tenants for eligibility, and prioritizing housing placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate applicant referrals from internal and external partners
  • Screen tenants for eligibility and prioritize housing placements
  • Facilitate the completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants
  • Maintain complete and accurate property files and records
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agreements for each property

Requirements:

  • MUST have a High School Diploma OR GED equivalent
  • ONE (1) to TWO (2) years' experience working with property management or real estate office setting OR equivalent combination of relevant experience, training and/or higher education
