Position Summary:
The Field Operations Manager is entrusted with overseeing all field activities related to M&D projects. This role requires a strong leader who can coach, mentor, and effectively resolve conflicts while ensuring the project’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet schedule and financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and supervising the installation process, adhering to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Exhibiting an ownership mentality, taking full responsibility for project outcomes.
  • Meeting or exceeding project deadlines and financial goals.
  • Resolving issues and removing obstacles that may hinder project progress.
  • Representing M&D’s brand with professionalism and integrity to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Overseeing daily production activities and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintaining open communication with project managers and team members regarding project status and challenges.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a construction environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC duct systems and the ability to read project specifications and drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
This role may require:
  • Climbing ladders and scaffolding, and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Performing tasks that require physical stamina and dexterity.
  • Following detailed procedures and applying basic mathematical skills.

Work Environment:
