About the RoleAs a Staff Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Nursing to provide high-quality patient care, education, and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Administering nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Providing education to patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, as well as case management.
- Coordinating and assigning duties to other healthcare personnel, such as licensed practical nurses, nursing aides, behavioral health aides, and patient care associates.

Our in-jail clinical services include medical, nursing, and mental health care, pharmacy services, substance-use treatment, social work, dental and vision care, discharge planning, and reentry support.
