About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Painter/Finisher to join our team at Umbra Cuscinetti Inc.

This is a full-time, second shift position, with a schedule of 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for spray painting and finishing components and parts, adhering to quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spray paint and finish components and parts according to planning and blueprint needs.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, cost, and delivery in all work assignments.
  • Perform various painting and finishing related activities, meeting company standards and customer expectations.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
  • Care for and maintain shop equipment and paint sprayer in good working condition.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work order requirements, and engineering documentation accurately.
  • Comply with all safety rules and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and multitasking skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, combined with one to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Able to pass a physical exam to obtain respirator certification.
  • Computer literate in Windows, with basic knowledge of software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to speak effectively before groups.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, drawings, and procedure manuals.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000-$65,000, depending on location and experience.
