Key Responsibilities- Efficiently communicate with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are met.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Skillfully take and defend depositions, representing our clients' interests.
- Appear in court and mediations, advocating on behalf of our clients.
- Manage a case load and maintain client relationships.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills.
