We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead our communications efforts and help us share our story with the world. This individual will develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to promote the organization's Mission, services, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing effective communication plans to achieve organizational objectives
  • Creating engaging content for various channels, including publications, websites, social media, and video production

  • Managing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization's Mission and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field. 5+ years of experience in non-profit communications, preferably in senior services and/or affordable housing.
