Job Summary:

Bimbo Bakeries USA, a leading manufacturer of fresh baked goods, seeks highly motivated individuals to join its production team as Production Associates. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality products.

About the Role:

A Production Associate is responsible for safely and consistently producing high-quality products while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety standards. Key duties include operating high-powered machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving materials and equipment used in the production of fresh baked goods. Additionally, associates will examine and reject products that do not meet specifications, observe and maintain quality standards, and participate in company-approved training programs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a strong work ethic, and possess basic math skills. Previous manufacturing experience, particularly in food manufacturing, is preferred. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and communicate effectively in English. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are necessary.
