We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Healthcare Management. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies.
- Lead and guide nursing assistants and orderlies to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Assist physicians with rounds and physical examinations as needed.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- CPR certification and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
