Job Summary

Think Together is seeking a highly qualified Credentialed Teacher to join our team. As a Credentialed Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering academic and enrichment activities to students in grades TK-6th. You will work closely with a team of educators to develop benchmarks, agendas, and trainings to ensure all students' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and enrichment activities to meet minimum education minute/time requirements.
  • Coach and guide Program Leaders to ensure a positive student experience.
  • Work with the program supervisor to ensure contract compliances and deliverables are met.
  • Communicate with school administrators and staff on a regular basis.
  • Supervise, train, and develop subordinates.
  • Attend meetings to support continuous improvement of the program.
Qualifications and Education
  • Valid and clear teaching credential issued by the State of California.
  • Approval of school district that credential meets local requirements.
  • Currently an employee of the school district or clear DOJ and FBI fingerprints through THINK Together.
  • CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential (30-day emergency credentialed accepted).
  • CBEST, CSET, RICA passed test results preferred (In progress accepted).
  • 0-2 years of proven experience in the education industry.
