Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Weekend Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team at Glazer's Beer and Beverage, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with retail customers, performing merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory, and ensuring all company products are properly displayed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory, including setting up and maintaining point-of-sale materials, rotating stock, and ensuring all products are properly displayed.
  • Inventory Management: Complete stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as needed to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Delivery and Expedite: Expedite delivery of product and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management, including assisting with special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Driver's License: Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience with beverage product sales or in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies as required.
  • Organizational Skills: Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
