Job Summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a board-certified allergist/immunologist to provide diagnosis and treatment of allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic diseases to the pediatric and adult patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct medical diagnosis and treatment of patients in the specialty area of Allergy and Immunology.

2. Develop personalized treatment plans, document them clearly, and communicate effectively with patients.

3. Deliver high-quality medical care with compassion and efficiency.

4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incorporate best practices into daily work.

5. Provide education and resources to patients, families, and staff.

6. Ensure accurate documentation and communication to facilitate patient care and reimbursement.

7. Collaborate with the allergy/immunology division and department of pediatrics to support operations.

Requirements:

1. Board certification or eligibility in Allergy/Immunology.

2. Completion of a 2-year fellowship training in an ACGME-accredited allergy/immunology program.

3. Medical licensure in the state of OH (MD or DO).
