Driller and Crew Leader

We are seeking an experienced Driller to join our team at Cascade Drilling, LP. As a key member of our drilling crew, you will be responsible for operating drill rigs and equipment with high proficiency, maintaining daily drilling reports, and ensuring the safety of yourself and your team.

Cascade Drilling, LP is a leading provider of drilling services in the Southwest region. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including a starting wage of $25.00 per hour to $38.00 per hour, 2 weeks paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 40 hours paid sick leave. We also offer great potential for overtime and project-based bonuses.

The successful candidate will have a CDL Class A and State Driller License, with at least 3 years' experience in the drilling industry and 1 year of experience operating various types of rigs. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a drilling crew and maintain a safe environment.
