• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening and consulting with customers to meet their needs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure seamless vehicle service and sales.
• Supervise service bays, build repair orders, and source parts to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide pricing estimates and promote shop service specials to customers.
• Consult with customers on vehicle needs and lead a team to achieve company goals.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance metrics and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
