Overview:

As a PMO Coordinator / Planview Administrator, you will provide overall end-user support and training. You will also provide Planview Administrative Support for IT, including adding, deleting, and modifying User IDs for the organization. Additionally, you will maintain resource calendars, structures, and hierarchies, and assist with adding, editing, and creating new fields. You will lead/assist with running various existing governance reports and processes, including providing support to deliver the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the IT portfolio. You will also facilitate New Hire creation and existing Associate/Contractor Terminations in Planview, generate Timesheet Compliance reports (weekly/monthly), and ensure Project status reports are published on time. Furthermore, you will conduct Training sessions with Project Managers to prepare them for Project Review Meetings (PRM), publish PRM Agenda and Notes, and send to Stake Holders. Finally, you will create new Projects using Planview, which includes the use of reusable templates, and execute the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts.
