R&D Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled R&D Lab Technician to support our Research and Development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tasks, sample preparation, and pilot trials. They will also assist in production scale-up operations, including resin manufacturing and product processing.

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare samples and conduct testing of resins, prepregs, and composite materials.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of prototyping, sampling, and development activities.
• Assist in production scale-up operations, including resin manufacturing and product processing.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in laboratory, production, or quality environment.
• Basic Algebra proficiency.
• Competent in using computers and ERP systems.

• Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, platform balances.
• Experience with thermal analysis tools like DSC and TGA.
• Knowledge of mechanical testing for tensile, compression, and bending of composite materials.

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
