LanceSoft is seeking an experienced and dedicated travel nursing professional to join their team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting in Olympia, Washington.
Job SummaryThis 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of progressive care principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient condition, identifying potential complications and taking proactive measures to prevent them.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including progress notes and treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting.
- A valid RN license and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
