Senior Consumer Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Banker to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deepening client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and client engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and prospective clients.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
