Responsibilities

As a Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services, you will oversee Imaging Services for St. Mary Medical Center, which consists of Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasonography, MRI, and Patient Transport. You will lead and inspire upward of 70 staff members working in a fast-paced environment, empowering front-line leaders to drive day-to-day clinical operations while promoting quality practices and a culture of teamwork. This will allow you to focus on big-picture strategy and growth.

We are looking for an experienced Rad Tech with a demonstrated track record of managing Imaging Services, ideally for a mid-large-sized acute care hospital. If you have a passion for leading and growing services to better serve our community, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience, three (3) years of which include experience managing/supervising diagnostic imaging services required.
Required Licensure:
Certified technologist CA state licensure required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Pay Range

$68.46 - $99.27 /hour
