Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Wilks Tire & Battery Service. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with guests and understanding their needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for tire and service sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on all warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
  • Take ownership of guest interactions from initial experience through completed service.
  • Fulfill shop work as needed and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

  • Prior guest service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous automotive guest service experience.
  • Previous tire or parts sales experience.
