- Perform Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Ensure that the service bay and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to our company's safety protocols.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrate proficiency with tools and a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Diagnostic Skills: Possess the ability to accurately diagnose complex automotive problems and provide recommendations for repair.
- Good Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Factory Training or ASE Certifications: Possess factory training or ASE certifications, or prior dealership experience.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Authorization to Work in the U.S.: Be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Pass Pre-Employment Testing: Pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
