  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient information, including assessments, interventions, and progress notes, and report any concerns or issues to the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Education: Current registered nurse licensure in good standing, and a minimum of one year recent psychiatric nursing experience.
  • Certifications: Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS if patient is on Telemetry Monitor.
