Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent meal service to ensure customer satisfaction and provide information to help with food and beverage selections.
  • Ensure that the waiter/esses within assigned sections are thoroughly trained in their duties and are knowledgeable about the various dishes prepared by the kitchen.
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Role model and assist the Restaurant Manager in holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards.
  • Assist Restaurant Managers by opening and closing the restaurant to company standards.
  • Assist Restaurant Managers with controlling costs by portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; and ensuring high quality of preparation.
