Job Overview

Lighthouse Electric is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead our program-level initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple projects and customers
  • Take ownership and accountability for program P&L and financial performance
  • Guide projects through business development, estimating, planning, fabrication, purchasing, project management, and field installation
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through people development, recruiting, and hiring
  • Develop and execute advanced negotiation and contract management strategies
  • Drive construction productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure multi-trade construction sequencing and project timelines
  • Demonstrate tenacity and results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Direct report to the President
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
  • Frequent travel, approximately 4 overnight stays per month at various job sites/client headquarters
