Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC Mills, tube benders, saws, and related equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Load machine programs and make necessary adjustments and offsets on CNC controllers to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Accurately read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to guide machine operation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Operate forklifts as required to support production needs and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Utilize gages and measurement tools to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience operating CNC machines is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy is required.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred; must be able to pass and maintain a written and practical test for forklift certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
