About the Job: As a Subaru Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, from initial contact to final sale. You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right Subaru vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, providing product information and guidance.
  2. Understand and present the features, benefits, and options of Subaru vehicles to customers.
  3. Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current sales promotions and financing options.
  5. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain relationships.
  6. Assist customers with the purchase process, including paperwork and financing options.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
  8. Participate in training programs and meetings to stay current on Subaru products and sales techniques.

You'll Need:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
