Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
- Notify the Club Manager of any damaged or missing amenities or equipment.
- Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by promptly reporting lost member property to management.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Dependability and punctuality are crucial.
- Ability to work third shift is required.
- Exhibit honesty and a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills independently.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally.
- May encounter hazardous chemicals during the shift.
- Compensation starts at $12.00 per hour.
