Herrick Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in the construction of water and wastewater treatment plant facilities in Kentucky and the surrounding region.
Key Responsibilities- Operate mobile hydraulic cranes ranging from 15 ton to 100-ton capacity
- Plan and perform critical picks, maintaining productivity of the project through material handling, form placement, concrete placement, etc.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly crane inspections and provide written reports
- Work with Site Superintendent and Foremen to plan picks and maintain productivity
- Review crane charts and assist in the planning of both day-to-day picks and critical picks
- NCCCO Certified (or ability to obtain NCCCO Certification in a short amount of time)
- Experience working on similar projects performing safe and productive crane operations for heavy civil construction activities
- Ability to work in teams and communicate with others
- Ability to always work safely and promote safety for yourself and other team members
- Commercial Driver's License or ability to obtain a plus
